Austin Parents of Multiples (APOM) is a non-profit support group for central Texas parents, expectant parents, and guardians of twins, triplets, and more, with over 200 member families in Austin and surrounding areas.

APOM is a registered non-profit 501(c)(3) organization. Founded in 1964, APOM is run entirely by member volunteers. We offer parents and caregivers of multiples information and resources they may need in preparing for and caring for their families, along with a social forum to share concerns, needs, and interests. As a community, we provide support to families with babies in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), meals to families, clothing to families in need, and monthly educational meetings. Additionally, we partner with non-profit organizations that assist families with multiples and those experiencing premature birth.
