Our February charity partner is Bookspring and we're conducting a book drive with our members to help support them. BookSpring works throughout the greater Austin area to collect tens of thousands of books to give to children of low-income families.

Do you have gently used (no, not gently chewed) books you'd like to get rid of and don't want to wait until the consignment sale? Bring them to the next meeting as we donate books to Bookspring. See attached flyer for more information about the kinds of books they're looking for.

A representative from Bookspring will join us at our next member meeting to tell us about the organization and collect the books. Can't make the February member meeting? Email Kelly Hochanadel (publicrelations@austinpom.org) and we'll arrange for a pickup.
