APOM Monthly Meeting
January 30, 2017 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm CST
At one point or another we’ve all thought about eating healthier and especially getting our kids to eat healthier. Join us this month as we face our New Year’s resolutions and learn how to form better eating habits with nutritionist, Brittany Markides. Brittany’s not-diet approach to nutrition teaches people how to developing a healthy, flexible, and joy-filled relationship with food. By teaching your children healthy eating habits, and modeling these behaviors in yourself, you can help your children maintain a healthy weight and normal growth. Also, the eating habits your children pick up when they are young will help them maintain a healthy lifestyle when they are adults.
As always, we will begin with a short business meeting and we will convene in our usual breakout groups after Brittany’s presentation. APOM will be providing dinner, so please RSVP to ensure we have enough food for everyone.
