New year, new you? In the midst of the lovely craziness that multiple children brings, it's easy to forget to take care of yourself. Our guest speaker for the evening is Ellen Carpenter. She will talk about how to practice self-care so that we can go in to the new year with a new set of tools to better ourselves.
